New York, NY (November 3, 2009) -- Brick House Video, multiple award-winning manufacturer of compact production and post-production equipment, is demonstrating its commitment to the US market by establishing a NY-based service center located at Communitek Video Systems in mid-town Manhattan. Julian Hiorns, Brick House Video?s managing director, made the announcement from headquarters in Owslebury, UK.

Communitek?s experience of the broadcast service sector has made an ongoing and valuable contribution to Brick House Video?s product development since the start of their association in 2001. Owned and operated by Brian Isaacson, an engineer by trade, the Company regards service as the key to its success. ?Service is #1 at Communitek,? stated Isaacson. ?We operate a fully loaded shop and ample test gear to maintain all components of the Brick House Video product line.?

?It is part of Brick House Video?s policy to furnish high quality service and support at a local level,? added Hiorns. ?Brian?s technical background and in-depth market knowledge underpin Brick House?s operations in the US, allowing our customers to buy with complete confidence.?

Prior to launching Communitek in 1989, Isaacson served as Chief Engineer of The Camera Mart and worked at ABC Network in New York. His credentials include a dual degree in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from Syracuse University.
